15 years in the construction industry as a master carpenter and a construction superintendent lead me in the direction of becoming a home inspector. After purchasing a home I realized that I could utilize my wealth of experience to benefit you, a home buyer likely engaging in one of the largest and possibly the most difficult financial desision of your lifetime. Having an InterNACHI certified inspector to cover all the systems in a home and their related components makes for better defect recognitions, between what is a material defect and what is not. So began my journey to becoming a Certified Professional Inspector®. Continuing education and training is the bedrock of a complete and thorough home inspection. I have completed many of the additional courses which are available via InterNACHI, all courses are accredited by the Department of Education which is ensuring that you the buyer receive the highest of standards with your property inspection.
